i played competitive call of duty for a long time, and met my friends of 10 years there. right now it is really bad playing vs cheaters so often, and we have all told each other if we caught any of us cheating, ever, we would instantly lose respect for them as a person. we cant fathom or stand cheating and people who try to defend cheaters are just as bad.

I've never played this game and am never going to but I regularly sit through 43min videos about it. Its absolutely fascinating what this community builds and what they go through to achieve. It really is addictive

Does cheaters altered game? If not - I don't consider it cheating even if it was AI driven car. I though everyone was competing with their algorithm not skill. Skill can vary with time but algorithms are re-playable.

SPOILER ALERT: Discussing DD2 results Seeing this video after following the DD2 climb from start to finish really puts into perspective just how difficult DD2 is. I mean, I don't want to diminish the intensity of this first Deep Dip map, specially considering how it must have been at the time, but when you are able to compare the two maps side by side, this one seems almost kind of chill. So much respect to you Wirtual for driving both maps and as a result bringing more people to this awesome game! Seeing the toll that DD2 took on you, I can absolutely understand stepping down and in fact, doing so to preserve your mental health is hugely important and it is something the gaming community at large could probably learn from. With that said, huge respect as well to Bren, Elconn, Hazard, Lars, and Schmaniol for having pushed through it and completed the map (more finishes will come I'm sure, this is just who finished so far). Hopefully these players are feeling okay in the aftermath of this competition, and are getting some much needed rest!
